Those looking for an affordable entry-level Android handset will soon have another option to choose from, as Bell is reportedly getting ready to launch the LG Optimus L5. The device, which according to leaked internal documents is set for release on July 10th, is rumoured to cost around $200 outright, though we canât confirm pricing details just yet.
The Optimus L5 features a 4â (480 x 320) touch screen display, along with a 5 MP camera that offers VGA video capture. Itâs powered by an 800 MHz processor and 512 MB of RAM, and comes with a total of 4 GB of internal memory. This Android 4.0 ICS handset also offers up your standard connectivity options such as bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS, and HSPA, but adds in NFC support to add extra value.
