Excitement in the rumour mill today is indicating that the Samsung Galaxy S III could be available as soon as June 20th through a variety of carriers. Details are unconfirmed as of yet but we do know that the device will be carried by Rogers, telus, Bell, Virgin Mobile, WIND, Videotron, SaskTel, Mobilicity. Rumours indicate that the phone will launch in white and "pebble blue," though more recent (unconfirmed) leaks indicate that there may be a delay in launch for the pebble blue model possibly due to manufacturing issues.

The Samsung Galaxy S III features a 4.8" (720 x 1280) Super AMOLED Gorilla Glass touch screen display, and is powered by a quad-core 1.4 GHz processor and 1 GB of RAM, and could come with anywhere from 16 GB to 64 GB of internal storage. It also features an 8 MP rear-camera with LED Flash and 1080p HD video recording as well as a secondary front-facing 1.9 MP camera capable of 720p recording. The Samsung Galaxy S III runs on the latest Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich along with the latest TouchWiz UI version from Samsung for seamless integration with social networks such as Facebook, and Twitter.

There is still no mention of a price-point for any of the models as of yet, but with such an amazing phone soon to be widely available, be sure to check back soon for updates as more conclusive details roll out.
