There has been a lot of speculation and numerous rumours throughout the last few months and even years about a Nexus branded tablet, many of which have already proven to be inaccurate. The persisting rumour as of lately has been that Google, along with ASUS, will be released the tablet this summer. Now, even more speculation has been circulating in the last few days about the 7” tablet being scheduled for release sometime in July.
Other details are sparse, though the rumour points to a $200 or so price tag. According to the information many people claim to have been given, Google is planning on shipping a very large number of units to its various distribution channels, and with such an affordable price, this tablet could see some major success.
