While multiple carriers, including Bell, telus, Sasktel, and Fido already offer the HTC One S, Rogers is just getting set to launch the handset themselves. Thanks to the device being added to Future Shop’s website, we now know to expect it sometime in the coming days or weeks. According to the product page, it will be priced at $149.99 on a 3 year term, however outright pricing isn’t posted.

The One S features a 4.3” (540 x 960) Super AMOLED touch screen display with Gorilla Glass, and an 8MP camera with LED flash and 1080p HD video capture. It comes with 16 GB of internal storage, and is powered by a dual-core 1.5 GHz processor and 1 GB of RAM. It run on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, and features HTC Sense, as do all HTC Android handsets.
