Bell was originally supposed to launch the LG Rumour Plus on August 11th, which was delayed until August 27th for unknown "manufacturing problems", and it looks like it will be delayed once again. This time around, it's reportedly set to come on September 15th, a little bit late for the back-to-school crowd.
The LG Rumour Plus features a 2.4" (240x320) display, 2MP camera, and a full slide-out QWERTY keyboard.
