Bell and Virgin launching BlackBerry Curve 3G 9300 Thursday, August 12th

Both Virgin Mobile and parent-company will be releasing the BlackBerry Curve 3G this Thursday, August 12th. While pricing isn't confirmed, internal documents point to $49.95 on a 3 year term, or $349.95 contract-free on Bell. The 9300, which is RIM's newest addition to the Curve line-up, features a 2.4" (320x240) display, full QWERTY keyboard, and a 2MP camera. The new Curve supports HSPA, GPS, bluetooth, and Wi-Fi (b, g, n) connectivity, and comes with 256MB of internal memory which can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD. RIM has announced that the Curve 3G will get BlackBerry 6, their new OS that features an updated WebKit browser, new media menus, and an array of other new or enhanced features. At around $350, this device is a great option for those looking to purchase a BlackBerry 6-capable handset contract-free.
