It is Friday February 24 the court of Virginia will be tried for the dispute between NTP has RIM. Research In Motion have just let us know that even if the ruling is unfavorable, the only Canadian manufacturer of cell phone, to prepare an update of its product that would respect the injunction and not to use the NTP technology . I do not hide my disgust at this case, NTP is a company that exists solely for purchase of old patents and night really the development of those who really engineering.
