I have a phoncaed which uses the following numbers 1 800 796 6235 or 1 800 464 3518 when i try to call from a mobile telephone wit a telus sim card it says network busy. If i go to a telephone box which uses the telus network i have no problem using these numbers. My card company does not block access so what is wrong.
