We recently let you know what you could expect this quarter with telus as far as hardware goes, and it looks like students looking to save some money will soon have an affordable option for their monthly service package. The new student price plan will be launching sometime in the coming weeks, and will be available until October 5th, 2010. In order to get the new plan, customers will have to renew their contract for 3 years.
Here's what the new $40 Student Plan is set to include:
- Up to 100 Local Anytime minutes
- Up to 100 Bonus Local Anytime minutes
- Unlimited Nationwide Family Calling
- Unlimited Early (6pm) Local Evening and Weekend minutes
- 100MB data usage
- Unlimited outgoing and incoming text, picture, and video messaging
- Unlimited Nationwide talk and text messaging with your 10 favourite numbers
- Voicemail, Call Waiting, and Conference Calling
