Thanks to leaked internal documents, we know Bell is set to launch the BlackBerry Curve 9300, though pricing and exact availability are still unknown. The Curve 9300 offers a small improvement over the existing Curve line-up, offering 3G connectivity in an otherwise familiar device. The new model also features GPS and Wi-Fi, along with Bluetooth 2.1 and 256MB of RAM. It carries 256MB of internal memory, and can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD.
