There have been tons of delays when it comes to the iPhone 4 in white, but it seems we finally have confirmation of when it will be available. According to Apple signs, the white iPhone 4 will be available in Spring 2011. It's odd that Apple still intends on releasing this colour variation, as one can only assume that they're next mobile device (iPhone 5?) will be launched in the summer time. Have you been holding out for the iPhone 4 in white?

Those who have been holding out for the iPhone 4 in white received some disappointing news today, as Apple Spokeswoman Trudy Muller stated "We?re sorry to disappoint customers waiting for the white iPhone 4 yet again, but we?ve decided to delay its release until this Spring." The delay is rumoured to be because they are having difficulty matching the homescreen button to the rest of the housing, though this hasn't been confirmed, and probably never will be. Certainly disappointing news, but at least it hasn't been scrapped altogether. Are you going to hold out for a bit longer for the iPhone 4 in white?

Mobilicity(Dave Wireless) published a press release today stating they are close to the launch of their network, which will first be offered in Toronto this Spring. They also have plans to roll-out the network in Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, and Ottawa sometime following the initial launch in Toronto.

Also in the press release, it's stated that Mobilicity intends to "bring consumers truly unlimited plans with unbeatable value". Currently no other Canadian carriers offer completely unlimited data usage without throttling speeds, so it will be interesting to see what Mobilicity brings to the table. http://mobilicity.ca/news/38/18/Mobilicity-gets-CRTC-approval-on-track-to-launch-soon/

Today it was officially announced that KOODO Mobile will be adding the BlackBerry 8530 to it's product line-up sometime later this Spring. While this doesn't come as a surprise, it definitely confirms suspicions after KOODO/RIM made http://koodomobile.blackberry.com available to the public last week.

The BlackBerry Curve 8530 is a CDMA/1xEV-DO device featuring an optical trackpad, full QWERTY keyboard, 2.5" (320 x 240) display, and Wi-Fi. It also has a 2MP camera, and has 256MB internal memory, expandable up to 32GB via microSD.

The BlackBerry Curve 8530 will be the first smartphone offered by the "budget-conscious" carrier, though there is speculation that more will be offered in the coming months, especially with upcoming HSPA rollout.
