Videotron has been on a roll with handset launches, and now they have released the Nokia E73, adding the device to their ever-growing line-up. The E73, which features a full QWERTY keyboard and 2.4" (320x240) display, runs on Symbian S60. It comes with a 5MP camera with LED flash, and offers Wi-Fi and bluetooth connectivity, along with Assisted GPS.

The Nokia E73 is available now from Videotron, for $49.95 "reduced price", or $199.95 contract-free. If you're looking for a fairly affordable device on a post-paid plan and live in Quebec, be sure to check this one out from Videotron.

While it's exciting to see new smartphones launch, it's always nice to see the Prepaid users get a bit of attention as well. Rogers isn't ignoring their prepaid line-up, and has recently added the Nokia E5 to their list available devices. Coming in at $159.99, the E5 features a 2.36" (320x240) display and full QWERTY keyboard, and runs on Symbian OS S60 v9.3. It has a 5MP camera with LED flash and VGA video capture, and supports bluetooth and GPS connectivity. If you're looking for an affordable device on a prepaid account, the Nokia E5 could make a great choice.

There have been a variety of handsets launching in Canada lately across the multiple carriers, and Rogers is adding yet another to their inventory. The Nokia E5, which we can expect to launch in the near-future according to recently leaked information, runs on Symbian S60 OS v9.3. It features a 2.4" (320x240) display, full QWERTY keyboard, and a 5MP camera with LED flash and VGA video recording. The E5 is powered by a 600MHz processor and 256MB of RAM, and features connectivity including Wi-Fi, bluetooth, and GPS. No word yet on a specific launch date or pricing as of yet, but we'll let you know once more information is made available.

We recently let you know that Rogers was getting set to launch the Sony Ericsson Vivaz Pro, which they, along with Fido, have recently done. Pricing comes in a little differently on each carrier, with Rogers offering it up at $49.99 on a 3 year term, or $274.99 contract-free, while Fido has launched it for $75 with a 3 year contract, or at the same outright pricing of $275. The Vivaz Pro features a 3.2" (360x640) touch screen display, full slide-out QWERTY keyboard, along with a 5.1MP camera that has an LED flash and can record 720p HD video. Running on Symbian S60 OS, this device supports 3G, Wi-Fi, GPS, and bluetooth connectivity, making it an affordable, yet full featured handset.

We recently let you know that the Sony Ericsson Vivaz Pro was headed for Canada, and we can now confirm that Rogers will be carrying the Symbian based device. Additionally, according to internal screenshots leaked on the internet, we no know that it will be coming in at $49.99 with a 3 year contract, or just $274.99 for outright purchases. The Vivaz Pro runs on Symbian S60 OS, and features a 3.2" (360x640) touchscreen display, a sliding QWERTY keyboard, and a 5MP camera that's capable of recording 720p high definition video. It also offers Wi-Fi and GPS connectivity, along with an FM radio, making it a decently featured handset at a great price point. No word yet on exactly when the device will launch on Rogers, but we should see it available soon.

All of the major carriers have launching device after device lately, and Rogers is keeping up with that trend by launching the Nokia 6700 Slide. This new device features a 2.2" display, an FM radio, and a 5MP Carl Zeiss camera. The 6700 Slide runs on Symbian S60 and has a 2.5mm headset jack, with memory expandable up to 16GB via microSD card. The Nokia 6700 is available now from Rogers for $79.99 with a 3 year contract, or $229.99 outright.

The Nokia X6 was recently spotted under "Coming Soon" on, however vanished quickly afterward. No word if or when this device is coming to Canada, or which carrier would provide it, but it looks like someone may have let something slip.

WIND Mobile has recently updated it's device catalogue to include the Nokia 5230, which comes in white. It features a massive 3.2" touch screen(640 x 360), 2 MP camera and runs Symbian's S60 platform. It's expandable to 16gb via microSD card, and while it doesn't feature Wi-Fi, it is HSPA, quad-band GSM, and bluetooth enabled.

With the purchase, customers will also receive a 2gb microSD card, access to Ovi Store(apps and content), and an upgrade to Nokia Maps 3.0.

WIND has priced the 5230 at $180, with no contract and available now.

Nokia now offers Windows Live Mobile, which gives access to Hotmail, Messenger and the blogs Spaces, in its SmartPhone S60 and will make in the same way with its S40 later the next year. Microsoft introduces more and more its mobile software into the cellular devices. The continuation, Windows Live Mobile is available with all the devices which turn under Windows Mobile 6.
