ARCEP in France (which is equivalent to the CRTC Canadian) just announced its plans for WiMax and methods of licensing. We contacted the major Canadian ISPs. Several did not even know what the WiMax offrais and addresses of their web site to access the "Hot Spot" Wifi. Frankly it is not tomorrow the day that we will connect our houses WiMax.
