The Qu?b?cois Table of the road safety has just presented his report which studied the principal problems on the road. This organization which includes 41 members whose associations of road user, municipal organization and governmental minister has to work during 1 year and half to succeed A 23 recommendations in order to improve the road safety. One of the recommendations made for the government of Quebec want ban cellular without free hand at the wheel of a car moving. According to media communication of government of Quebec ?the cellular one at the wheel represents a distraction which increases in a considerable way the risk to be implied in an accident. In this direction, the minister will propose that for the driver the use of compound of the cellular telephone is henceforth interdicted when the vehicle is moving.? One wonders how the police officers will be able to apply this law, but the government points out those approximately 50 countries adopted a similar law. Quebec is under minority government what means that the government must have the support of the one of the 2 group of the opposition to vote this law. The official opposition (ADQ) reacted already and seems in agreement with the majority of the recommendations.
