Bell and Virgin Mobile have officially gone live with the Samsung Galaxy S II 4G, a very anticipated handset for Canadian Android users. It offers up a 4.3" (480x800) super AMOLED Plus display with Gorilla Glass, and runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread. It features an 8MP camera with LED flash and 1080p HD video recording, and is powered by a dual-core 1.2GHz processor and 1GB of RAM. Other notable features include a front-facing 2MP camera, TV-out, 16GB of internal storage, and standard Wi-Fi, bluetooth, and GPS connectivity.

Bell is offering it up for $169.95 on a 3 year term, or $599.95 contract-free, while Virgin has it at $169.99 and $599.99. You can get it now on their websites, or by visiting a retail location near you. Saskatchewan residents with Sasktel can also take note that it's marked as coming soon on their site, however some retail locations have received stock and are selling it. They are offering it up for just $79.99 on a 3-year term (for a limited time), and $619.99 outright.
