Apple has recently launched their highly-anticipated iPad 2 in Canada, and it has been a huge success thus far. Both Wi-Fi only, and Wi-Fi + 3G models are available, in a variety of storage sizes. For a Wi-Fi only version, you're looking at $519 for a 16GB model, $619 for the 32GB version, and $719 for the 64GB model. Those interested in picking one up with 3G connectivity, price points currently sit at $649 for the 16GB model, $749 for 32GB, and $849 for the huge 64GB version.
The iPad 2 brings with it a number of improvements over it's predecessor, including a 1GHz dual-core A5 processor. Users will also benefit from the LED-backlit display, 720p HD video recording capabilities of the rear-facing camera, and of course the newly added front-facing camera for facetime, and more. At only 8.8mm thick, the iPad 2 isn't just high-powered, it also looks great.
Apple's iPad 2 is available now to Canadians, and you can pick one up from an Apple retail store, FutureShop/Best Buy, or Rogers, Bell, or telus. So who picked one up?
