Powered by a 1GHz Snapdragon processor, 512MB of RAM, and 16GB of onboard storage, this device is among the best based on specifications, so it's great to see it land at Sasktel. The LG Optimus Quantum is available now from the Saskatchewan carrier for $50 on a 3 year term, or $565 contract-free.
