MTS Allstream has won a contract from the City of Winnipeg for wireless services. For wireless service 'means, mobile, BlackBerry, wireless PC card, and other services to wireless. The city of Winnipeg has about 2,000 wireless devices used by its employees. No dollar amount was disclosed but the contract will extend over a period of 28 months.
