Sony Ericsson and Rogers are preparing to launch the Xperia Play and arc, and not it looks like Sony has a 3rd Xperia device they're looking to bring to Canada. The Neo, which has been added to their Canadian website, features an LED-backlit 3.7" (480x854) touchscreen display. It will run Android 2.3 Gingerbread at launch, and has a 1GHz processor along with an 8.1MP camera with 720p HD video capture. The Xperia Neo has the same Mobile Bravia Engine and Exmor R technology that is in the arc, so it should have a great display and excellent photo capabilities in low light. No word yet on when the Xperia Neo will launch. Stay tuned for more information as it becomes available.
