Those who have been holding out for the white Galaxy Note from Samsung recently ran into some luck, with Telus releasing the handset. Now, Rogers and Bell have joined them in offering the white version of the popular Samsung device. Like Telus, both carriers are offering the tablet/smartphone cross-over for the same prices as the standard black version, as is standard practice.

If you?re interested in picking one of these up, all 3 carriers have its standard pricing at the $200 mark with a 3 year term, while Rogers offers it the cheapest outright at just $699.99 without a plan. [linki=http://www.mobileincanada.com/cellphone-1209-en-Bell-Samsung-Galaxy-Note.html]

The BlackBerry Bold is officially coming to WIND Mobile, and what's better is that pricing has been revealed. Coming in at $450, the Bold 9780 will make a great option for those interested in being with WIND, and is affordable too, in fact, that is the cheapest contract-free price in Canada so far for the device. The Bold 9780 features OS 6 out-of-box, which adds the WebKit browser, an updated UI, and several other improvements, in addition to a 5MP camera with flash. No word yet on exactly when this handset will launch, but it's currently marked as "coming soon", so the wait shouldn't be too long!

Mobilicity is on a roll lately with their discounted handsets, price plans, and add-ons, and now they're offering up an amazing deal for friends and family of their employees. The new program, which is intended for those who know Mobilicity employees, gives users the option between 2 highly discounted plans - the $45 unlimited plan for just $25/month, and the $65 unlimited plan for just $35/month. If you know someone who works for Mobilicity, make sure to get in touch with them and ask about this amazing program, as they're probably the cheapest and most value-filled options available (as long as you're in a Mobilicity coverage zone). Chatr, the newest discount brand owned by Rogers, quietly launched in Montreal about a week ago. There are a number of retail outlets for those interested to visit, including Futureshop, Wireless Wave, Zellers, and an official Chatr store located at 705 Rue Ste Catherine O. With any luck, the increased competition in Montreal will result in even cheaper plans and devices, and it seems Chatr is looking to get that started by putting their entire device line-up on sale. Montreal residents, are you thinking about signing up with Chatr?

Public Mobile recently reduced the price of their handsets, and are now offering up yet another incentive for customers. Their new referral program, which will allow customers to refer others for a $20 credit, is now active. The credit will appear on customers' invoices within 6 weeks as long as both accounts are in good standing, and there is no limit to the number of people each customer can refer. While $20 doesn't seem like much, it's a considerable credit since their products and services are so cheap to begin with, and since each customer can earn several credits, this is a great move on Public Mobile's part.
