Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 officially coming soon to Canada, Wi-Fi version in July, 3G in August?

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 is an impressive Android tablet, and having recently launched in the United States, Canadians were left wondering when we may see it available. Luckily, Samsung Canada quickly updated their site to include the Tab 10.1, marking it as "Coming Soon!"

Furthermore, information was recently leaked online stating that the Wi-Fi only version will be available sometime in July, while the 3G version will follow close behind, expected to launch sometime in August. Other great news regarding the 3G version - Rogers, Bell, and telus will all be carrying the Honeycomb tablet!

To recap on the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1's features and specs, it has a 10.1" (800x1280) touchscreen display, and is powered by a dual-core 1GHz processor and 1GB of RAM. It features a 8MP camera with LED flash, that is capable of recording full 720p HD video. it also has a 2MP front-facing camera, comes with TV-out functionality, and will offer 16GB of storage. The Tab 10.1 is only 8.6mm thick and weighs in under 600 g, making it super thin and light considering it's full 10" screen.

A variety of accessories will also be available at launch, including a keyboard dock, a bluetooth keyboard, and at least a few different cases. No word yet on pricing for the tablet itself, or the accessories that will launch along with it, but we'll be sure to keep you updated.
