Rogers launching the Dell Streak in November?

Rogers has recently put out a new issue of their URMagazine, and one of the most interesting articles shows off the Dell Streak, a tablet/phone crossover device that runs on the Android platform. The Streak features a 5" (800x480) display, 5MP camera with dual LED flash and video capture capabilities, a front-facing VGA camera (presumably for video calling), GPS, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi. Apparently it will run Android 1.6 at launch, though speculation points to a near-future upgrade to Android 2.2 Froyo which should enable features like Flash support, and more. Though Rogers pricing hasn't been announced as of yet, Dell currently sells the device for $549.99 USD, and AT&T is offering it up at $299.99 on a 2 year contract.
