We've been keeping you updated on KOODO's effort to launch their HSPA network, and the day has finally arrived. Starting today, Canadians can start using the new network, with the first officially available device being the Nokia 3710, available for $175 outright, or $25 on the tab. The 3710 features a large sized keypad, 2.2" (240x320) display, bluetooth, and memory expansion up to 8GB via microSD, along with a 3.2MP camera. No official word yet on when more HSPA devices are set to launch, but we'll keep you updated.
